CASVSP will consider the attendees request for a refund. No refunds will be granted if the attendees cancels within three (3) business days of the scheduled training. Requests must be submitted by email. If course material was sent to the attendee, the attendee will be required to sign and submit the WORK PRODUCT & COPYRIGHT FORM and training materials. If CASVSP cancels the training due to registration low attendance and/or instructor emergency, a refund will be provided.

Refund will be made in the manner agreed upon. All refunds will include a $25.00 refund processing fee.
